Customer's reviews
Every time I’ve been here, the service has been outstanding and not just in quality, but in integrity. Recently, I took my daughter’s phone in fully expecting an expensive repair, only to be told not to spend the money because it wasn’t necessary. Instead, I was given a smarter, cheaper and more practical solution and that kind of honesty is incredibly rare.
The workmanship is excellent, pricing is fair, and the advice is genuinely in the customer’s best interest, not the business’s bottom line. It’s clear why this place has such an incredible number of five-star reviews…they’re absolutely earned.
If you want ethical repairs, expert knowledge, and someone you can actually trust with your devices, this is the place. Highly, highly recommended.

Here I am again 12 months later. David honestly thank you once again for your support. David spent time helping me sort out my confusion with one of my phones. He spoke and demonstrated what was necessary to straight out this confusion. No charge for his time, even though I insisted.
David was fantastic, fixed both my phones immediately. He was transparent with labour n costs. I am a good judge of character, he is trustworthy, honest n really pleasant guy to do business with, his prices are really decent too. Three other customers came through the door while I was waiting, Dave was exactly the same with them as he was with me. Any future problems with my current phones, or my next 'new' second hand phone I will return to him. Thank you David for your help n you really are a decent guy, I appreciate that.

I went to David with a totally smashed out of shape iPhone in my lunch break. He quoted me reasonably to be able to fix it so it worked perfect, with a minimal fee if it couldn’t be fixed for his time in pulling it apart and assessing the parts carefully. He said it would be ready within a couple of hours. He promptly text me that it was ready and working before I finished at work and stayed after hours to allow me to pick it up. He included a screen protector which I was grateful for. Service came with warranty and he patiently helped me with some technical questions as well with a smile. Great place! Hopefully I won’t be back, but if I need a phone guy again I know where I’ll go ! Thank you!
