Recently, I took my daughter’s phone in fully expecting an expensive repair, only to be told not to spend the money because it wasn’t necessary. Instead, I was given a smarter, cheaper and more practical solution and that kind of honesty is incredibly rare. The workmanship is excellent, pricing is fair, and the advice is genuinely in the customer’s best interest, not the business’s bottom line. It’s clear why this place has such an incredible number of five-star reviews…they’re absolutely earned. I went to David with a totally smashed out of shape iPhone in my lunch break. He quoted me reasonably to be able to fix it so it worked perfect, with a minimal fee if it couldn’t be fixed for his time in pulling it apart and assessing the parts carefully. He said it would be ready within a couple of hours. He promptly text me that it was ready and working before I finished at work and stayed after hours to allow me to pick it up. He included a screen protector which I was grateful for. Service came with warranty and he patiently helped me with some technical questions as well with a smile. Great place! Hopefully I won’t be back, but if I need a phone guy again I know where I’ll go ! Thank you! ~ Jessica H

액정이 나가서 5군데 알아본 곳 중에 딱여기 한곳만 하루만에 고칠수 있다고 해서 갔는데 진짜 하루만에 고쳐서 받았어요. 삼성서비스센터 로비나는 인터네셔널이라 영수증도 필요하고 부품도 한국에서 받아서 고쳐야되고 총 4주 걸린다고 했었고~~한국인이하는곳은 z플립 4는 호주에서 못고친다하고~~ 다른몇군데는 부품이 없어서안된다였는데~~ 여긴 진짜 깜짝 놀랐어요. 어쩜 하루만에~~아주 깨끗하게 잘고쳤어요~~ ~ 김성임

Me gusto mucho el local y el dueño muy responsable y preocupado por brindar un excelente servicio. Cambie la bateria de mi iPhone y en 20 minutos estaba listo, los precios están muy bien aparte que te ofrece una garantía por algunos meses por cualquier cosa que pase! En fin, lo recomiendo 10/10 tiene de todo para los celulares! ~ seba G

Double 5 star! Come again for my PC repair, they did same excellent job as before: Definitely the best phone shop on Gold Coast! I get an iPhone 14 Pro Max smashed back glass and screen and water damaged. I have a small budget and wanted the data. Phone Chat used their micro soldering skills sorted the board problems and replaced the front screen,back glass. now it looks new and running so well for the past 3 weeks. As they even told me the water damage might have some uncertainties, time can prove if it works. I can't thank Phone Chat Surfers Paradise enough for keeping my 38,200 photos and videos for my life again! and the beautiful jobs on the front screen, back glass ! ~ local g

I sent my elderly mum, who is partially deaf, into Phone Chat today because her mobile phone had stopped working and she couldn’t communicate with anyone. I rang ahead and spoke to David, who was incredibly polite and reassuring from the very beginning. When Mum arrived, he greeted her with a smile and took great care of her. He made sure she was comfortable while she waited, spoke kindly, and treated her with patience and respect — something she doesn’t always experience these days, especially in noisy environments where hearing is difficult. David not only fixed her phone but made the whole experience stress free for her. She left feeling happy relieved and genuinely cared for. I can’t thank him enough. Me encantooooooo el servicio , hice el pedido de una carcasa cotizando en otros sitios me salía 60 dolis pero acá me salió menos de 40 , tardo 24 horas llegar mi pedido , así satisfecha y contenta con mi nueva carcasa para mi iPhone 12 mini :) ~ Leydy Y

I am a good judge of character, he is trustworthy, honest n really pleasant guy to do business with, his prices are really decent too. Excellent phone repairs! Can't be better! We came in yesterday afternoon for this shop's fame, and David served us with his professionalism and passion. I have a Samsung s22 ultra waterdamaged , he managed to fix it in nearly 90mins right in front of us. This Gentleman David is definitely the best phone technician on Gold Coast! He repaired my water damaged iPhone 17and it works very well in the past months! AS the Apple store Robina refused to provide the warranty, I have been to more than 3 phone repairs shops, non of them can turn it on. Awaiting the 3 days for repairs time, I also purchased a valued preowned used iPhone, the price is as good as the conditions. I am a local, come to this shopping centre every day . David has been a good neighbour and phone repairman for 4 years. Always see he sorts out all different phones issues with smile. This shop is be far the cheapest in surfers paradise also the owner trusted my story that I could not pay upfront due to having any access on my phone to banking . My phone was completely frozen plus internet banking was not an option from a computer as all my security verification is sent to my phone.
